Hi, I’m Elissa, the owner and artist behind Elissa’s Beauty Lounge. I became a certified lash technician in November 2021 and a licensed esthetician in April 2023, turning my passion for beauty into a space where confidence and comfort come first. At Elissa’s Beauty Lounge, I specialize in lash, brow, and waxing services, with more services coming soon. As a self-employed esthetician and lash tech, I take pride in offering personalized, high-quality treatments in a luxury yet welcoming environment. Every service is tailored to enhance your natural beauty while ensuring you feel relaxed, cared for, and confident. My goal is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, beautiful, and truly valued. I can’t wait to welcome you into my beauty lounge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below: • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional charge. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. • We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees in cases of emergencies at our discretion.
